Necessity of Learning English "Paragraph and Short composition"

Language is the best means of human communication. There are so many human language in the world. Among all English has emerged as the international language. The importance of a language depends on many factors. Almost 350 million people speak English as their mother tongue. In addition to that it is the second or official language of a number countries. One can communicate in English almost all over the world. English is thus the language of the tourists as well as the international communications in the fields of shipping, aviation, tourism, business etc. Being a least developed  country, Bangladesh is to depend on others, for the development of our country we need foreign aids, grants and assistance. Without English, it is impossible to communicate with the international community and donor agencies. for international trade and commerce, English is a must. Again if we want to pursue higher education we have to know English. Because most of the books are written and translated into English. The medium of instruction in universities is also English. One cannot expect a good job, if he/she does not know English. Information technology has a revolution in the present day world an without knowing English we can harvest the benefit of this evolution. Again most of the important research works of the present day are done in English. To have knowledge about English literature. We need English. Grammar is very important because it is the base of this language. Without grammar no sentence can be formed correctly. And our text-book is designed to teach  us the four skill- Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. So it helps us a lot. From the above, it is beyond doubt that English as language is important for better4 life. There is no alternative but to learn English. We cannot ignore it.
